ETX Upstream, a developer of energy transition platforms and projects, has announced their incubation of Mantle OS™ technology - an integrated operating system for Critical Spatial Estates™. Mantle OS is an evolution of GIS architectural logic pioneered by the founders' development and use of LandCommand® at Galehead Development, and features a proprietary Native Land-Use and Development Geospatial Architecture™ (NLGA™). ETX is working with leading academic researchers and technology partners on Mantle R&D with full commercialization for enterprise customers with Critical Spatial Estates planned for early 2027.
